FANDRY PARK -- In 1975 land was acquired on the east side of the lake and improvements were made. This is known as Fandry Park. Since then a picnic shelter and playground equipment have been added. Ball fields and dugouts were improved in 2009. Fandry Park is also home to the Stanley Veterans Memorial.
SOO PARK --This park is located on the corner of Broadway Street and 1st Avenue in the heart of downtown Stanley. A pavilion with picnic tables is available and children's playground equipment has been built and installed, thanks to the hard work of the SOO PARK improvement committee and donations from many local residents and organizations.
