NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, September 02, 2025 the Common Council of the City of Stanley enacted Ordinance No. 2025-001 and 2025-003. Ordinance 2025-001 is an Ordinance to Amend 6-2-4 Excavations of Streets, Alleys, Public Ways And Grounds. Ordinance 2025-003 is an Ordinance to Amend 13-1-60 WHP Wellhead Protection Overlay District.
